Now with customers going elsewhere and Veritiv stock prices at record lows, the company is scrambling for cash to keep the other locations open, while closing down others. The employees were actually relieved to see this location close, always good to see another bad employer shut it's doors."

Forklift Operator (Former Employee) says

"A joke for a job poor management below pay not a good place to work a lot of favoritism that people do not know what they're doing very inexperienced dead end job"

Forklift Operator (Former Employee) says

"Management totally inept union coming in corporate trying to get rid of everyone who voted union in no set work schedule no knowing when overtime is required"

Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) says

"To say that management is a joke would be an understatement. The company itself has lost millions of dollars with nothing to blame aside from terrible managent and lack thereof, but customer service is the only area held accountable for mistakes. Between the managers who haven't a clue between the lot of them, and employees willing to milk every cent of overtime that they can from these managers it's a miracle this hole is still open. Hard work is appreciated but only to an extent, and only if you're willing to kiss a little tail and stay until the wee hours of the night, and not ask for a raise, just milk that overtime. The turnover rate should speak volumes to how terible of a workplace it is, as well as the extent to which they are willing to cater to a butt kiss and ignore hard work. It would be hilarious if it weren't so miserably disgusting.Smells less like hot garbage on cold daysSmells like hot garbage most days"

Manager (Former Employee) says

"unethical business and career killer. IP (the blue bloods) top heavy management quickly outnumber the Unisource mgmt 5-1 and, the blues still have no clue how Unisource did business (in an ethical and efficient way) and still continue to mess it up and screw the long term good people out of promotion and decision making."

Customer Service Specialist (Former Employee) says

"No room for advancement Poor management Inconsistent rules Unpredictable environment Constant harassment Higher management was aware of all of the issues, but just did not care. They always found a way to turn the blame around."

Contract Specialist (Current Employee) says

"This learned a lot working for Veritiv but the working environment is not good at all. Very poor management and no room for advancement. There are a lot of issues within the company that they do not want to acknowledge and it prevents a lot of hard workers from thriving in this company."

Headquarter Operations (Current Employee) says

"Internal operations are a sham. No controls & total disregard of EE welfare & disregard to company code of ethics handbook. Policy is made up as it goes. You would think some uniformity would be established between the departments but each one is ran as an individual unit and they govern themselves. Jacksonville has no controls from the Atlanta headquarters and the most likely future would be moving many functions to Atlanta and keeping more sales and processing type jobs in Jacksonville. More job cuts for Jacksonville, most likely, if there isn't a merger. Management just tells lies that this review is untrue and however when no one comes in and asks about reviewing your work (internally audit) that's a problem. Never been to a place that didn't do some audit process for financial reporting, internal review, process improvement etc. Sounds odd. Especially for a Fortune 500. Kathy says

"Service was very good. And the product was fantastic. Will recommend to others."

Customer says

"This is the second time I've ordered from CafePress. The first time was about 5 years ago. T-shirt and print was was less than ideal. I decided to try again, figuring it's been 5 years and CafePress is still around, so maybe they've improved. Well the print quality is better, but the t-shirt quality is still subpar. Very thin material and the sizing seems to run smaller in both width and length vs every other t-shirt I own. The large size I ordered seemed more like medium."

Customer says

"I never got my order or any type of communication. *** this website."

Skye Stevenson says

"I purchased 2 Ulster ball caps for my Dad, and the white one with flag faded very quickly and the black one’s Ulster flag patch fell off the first day and we had to sew it back on. VERY disappointing."
